BeyondPops was born of my love for creating healthy, but tasty, family treats, coupled with a need to find allergen-friendly solutions for one of my son. I saw suitable options lacking in Thailand, for gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free alternatives, particularly natural and wholesome nutritious desserts, not jammed packed with sugar and additives.  My children drove my  inspiration for BeyondPops – much-desired, plant-based ice cream desserts, to combat  the year-round heat of Bangkok and satiate everyone’s cravings.
